Hey guys, thanks for the great comments, I suppose it’s Time to add to the topic, I have at least been busy and oh boy pulling my hair out on this one , I am starting to think that old frog kits have less work, very sad that a kit rumored to be of such high quality has so many faults ,
Here that underside of the manifold has been filled , these are the open spaces that Erwin was talking about
Here the hot and cold side of the turbo filled and ready to be sanded
The yellow portion of the turbo to be painted rust the remaining part is Aluminium
Here is a pic op a real turbo as reference , here you can see the cast iron and Aluminium portions
The above 3 pictures are of the water pump, I closed up the open rear parts only to find that the top hole should remain open to accept a water hose and elbow, so I had to open it up again,
The above are of the plan indicating the location of the water pipes , problem is that you have to keep referencing both sides of the plan as they talk to one another, another point is that the radiator assembly contains both he intercooler as well as the radiator ,
Well chaps thanks for looking, and hope to make more progress this week .
Cheers G
